Breaking of the Bread

Break bread in full view and say

The body of Christ (action – break bread) broken for us.

 

Lift cup in full view and say

The blood of Christ (action – pour wine/juice) shed for us.

 

Hold out the bread and cup and say

The gifts of God for the people of God.

Invite servers to come forward.

 

Communion will be by Intincture method

Receive the bread and dip it in the cup.

You may consume the bread then,

or after you return to your seat.
